The owners of this Service have created this Privacy Statement (Policy) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to help our users better understand what information we collect about them and what may happen to that information.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form or contract.

When you order your wedding gown your personal information such as name, address, email and other contact numbers are collected. Your contract is signed by yourself and Boho Bride and the terms and conditions are clearly highlighted so you understand what and why you are signing the contract for. We don not electronically process your information, share to third party or store in a cloud based platform.

We keep paper records only of your personal information up to the day you collect your wedding gown and 12 months there after for accounting purposes and audits.

At no time does any person other than the staff at Boho Bride have access to your personal information and the information is stored securely on our premisses. You have a right to see your information at any time and you also have a right to ask us the destroy these records.

Under the new Data Protection law, which is changing on 25 May 2018 our company must comply to the new regulations about taking, storing and sharing your information. We lawfully ask for your information so we can contact you with updates of when your wedding gown is ordered, delivered and to keep you generally update. We will be providing you with a new Date Protection consent form for you to read and sign giving us permission to contact you and to store your information for as long as we need to.

Our Website

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • We do not store your credit or debit card details electronically. A merchant copy of your transactions is attached to your receipt, which does not contain any of your personal details or your full card or bank details.

The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

How do we protect your information?
We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 Registration number Z345626X

We are registered with the PCI DDS which regulates card transactions and are fully compliant.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
