We are so excited to announce the launch of our Freedom Collection Ready-to-Wear collection.

Our beautiful new online website will be launched hopefully at the end of the month.

The new website is easy to use and is packed full of information about ordering from the collection. Including a how to take your measurements page, choosing fabric and lace and special orders.

It’s taken us a while to get there but we wanted the new website to be a fully functional e-commerce site, easy to use and of course pretty.

New Ready-to-Wear website coming soon

Following on from the huge success of the Boho Bride Freedom Collection we have decided to bringing the collection to a wider audience by launching our new online Ready-to-wear Freedom Collection as an addition to our Made-to-measure Freedom Collection.

Offering a small capsule collection of the most popular pieces from the Freedom Collection that can be ordered in standard sizes and posted straight to a bride’s front door or collected and tried on in the boutique. We will also be offering overseas shipment to anywhere in the world.

What’s the difference between made-to-measure and ready-to-wear?

Up until now the Freedom Collection has only been a made-to-measure collection, where brides could come to the boutique and try on all the different pieces in the collection and select their dream combination of slip dress, bolero, poncho, and lace overlay. They can choose which fabric and lace they want and what colour they preferred along with tweaks to the design. We would then start the process of making the dress, bolero, lace slip dress fit the bride perfectly with several fittings in the boutique, until everything is perfect and fits beautifully to the individual bride.

It’s a beautiful experience and brides love seeing their dresses come to life, but it is time consuming and brides have to commit to at least 6 fittings until the dress is perfect. This isn’t always practical if a bride lives a long distance away from us. But it does mean that every dress, bolero, poncho, and lace overlay is unique and brides can add their own design tweaks to make her dress perfect for her special day.

The new ready to wear collection will start off small, with a choice of 3 different slip dresses, 2 lace bolero options, a lace poncho, and a 3D lace overlay. 

Brides can still choose which combination of pieces they would like, which lace they prefer and what colour slip dress they would like, still giving brides the freedom to choose.

The pieces are all made in standard UK sizes from a size 4-18 and sizes over an 18 are available on request.

We have a size chart and a video on the website which shows how to correctly measure yourself so you know you will be ordering the right size.

Just like any other online website, brides will be able to click on the pieces they want to order, what sizes they want and other additional options, with lots of information on each piece with detailed descriptions and prompts before they click on the ‘pay now’ button to make sure they have ordered the correct size.

We can send out free samples of the fabric and lace in different colour options so brides can feel the quality of the fabric and lace before committing to ordering.

Once we have received the order our seamstresses will start making up the chosen pieces using the same couture technics as we do for our made-to-measure collection, with the same care and attention to detail. Every order is individually made to an exceptionally high standard with love here in the UK, this is not a cheap alternative or fast fashion service.

Please allow 14-20 days from the point of order for you chosen pieces from the RW Freedom Collection to be made and sent out to you. (At busy times of the year these timescales may vary. If you need your order on a short timescale please call us, we may be able to help)

This gives brides confidence of receiving a high quality, well-made beautiful and unique wedding dress.

We use the best quality fabrics and lace, mostly sourced here in the UK but to keep our prices competitive we do have to source fabrics and lace from further afield. We try wherever possible to upcycle any remnants of fabric and lace and we keep waste to a minimum.

Once your dress, bolero, poncho, or lace overlay is finished it will be beautifully packed in a sturdy recycled cardboard box and posted out to you by Royal Mail Special delivery, making sure it arrives safely and is insured for up to £2,000

For brides looking for a totally green option we can make any of the pieces in natural or 100% organic fabric and lace on request.
